General

All orders accepted by Tony Eveling Photography are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

    PAYMENT

    Payment is by credit card via the paypal payment system as part of the ecommerce section of this website.

    POST AND PACKING

    UK rates only.

    Goods up to £10.00 p+p £1.50p
    Goods up to £30.00 p+p £3.00
    Goods up to £100.00 p+p £6.00
    Goods up to £200.00 p+p £9.00
    Goods up to £300.00 p+p £12.00
    Goods up to £400.00 p+p £15.00
    Goods up to £500.00 p+p £18.00
    Goods over £600.00 p+p £21.00

    Postage is charged for the highest priced single item only.   So if a print for £100 and a print for £200 are purchased, postage and packing will cost £9.00 (not £12.00)

    Postage and packing is added at the checkout stage and will be itemised on your payment receipt.

     

    DELIVERY

    All deliveries to UK Mainland, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland  are sent using the Royal Mail, or for larger packages, by private courier(UPS/Fedex/DHL). All consignments sent by courier require a signature on delivery unless alternative arrangements are advised by the client.

    Mounted prints will normally be dispatched within 7 working days.

    Canvases, MDF Block mounts and Perspex Reverse Mounting, are all made to order and will normally be dispatched within 21 days. Usually the delivery time is significantly shorter than this, and I try to get all orders delivered within 10 working days, however, the bespoke nature of the product sometimes mean that delivery may take up to 21 days.  I will keep you fully informed via email of delivery times. If you have a specific date that you need delivery, please contact me to advise.

    You will be informed by email that your order has been checked for obvious errors and is being processed.  You will be informed by email when the goods have been sent.

     

    LOST/MISSING SHIPMENTS

    If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please check whether you have received a calling card from the courier company as you may not have been at home when delivery was attempted - note that the packages sent do require a signature on receipt. Failing that, please contact me quoting your order number and I will attempt to trace your order for you.

    You must inform me as quickly as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that I can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

    You agree that proof of delivery supplied by the delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

     

    RETURNS

    Faulty goods must be declared faulty in writing by email within 7 working days of delivery.

    Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.

    Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

    Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting me by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

    Any goods returned under the EU Distance Selling Directive must be delivered to me in pristine saleable condition.  Returned goods must contain all extras and accessories, including the accompanying signed certificate that is provided with every print.

    Any goods returned incomplete as described above will not be replaced or credited.
