Abstract, Shapes and Patterns
A sample showcase of shapes both dramatic and calm, all with the potential to
create some very distinctive wall art.
Photographing shapes and patterns in the environment offers a
different view of things we generally just walk past without really
noticing, or see in the context of a much bigger landscape.
It is fun to isolate natural objects, like beaches at low tide or
hillsides from the other side of a valley. Those hills have
centuries and many generations of human activity recorded in them in
the form of tracks and grooves and bumps and mounds.
Enjoy this small selection of the natural and man-made, and don't
forget that there are many more in the gallery section here,
where photographs can be purchased, all beautifully mounted in a
variety of ways.
