Baby sculptures by artist David Černý, Prague, Czech Republic.
This is the Žižkov Television Tower in Prague, Czech Republic. I think these baby sculptures were placed in cities around the world before being permanently displayed on this tower.
The tower itself was built during the communist era fairly close to the city center and breaking the skyline which was undisturbed by new buildings.
In Prague people say that the best view of Prague is from the top of this tower because it’s the only place where you can’t see it!
From a distance (as in, a few miles away) the babies look like insects crawling up and down the building.
