The last of the snow…

I thought I’d squeeze out another winter photograph from a few weeks ago. The temperature is finally beginning to rise, and how ever much I like warm air, I do think that snow gives a very nice decorative effect! I have the exact same image as this but without the snow and the trees all sort of merge into one mass, whereas here the branches and tree trunks are all well defined.

  • The forest looks beautiful in its winter coat!
Thank you so much for your visits and comments!

  • The naked trees dusted with the white snow surely make for a great effect. Beautifully done!

  • As Donato says, it looks like an ink drawing. A covering of snow is great for highlighting the graphic qualities of nature. Very nice image.

  • Waw! so graphical! It looks like a drawing… Very fine and evocative.

  • A little bit of snow surely decorates things beautifully.
I DO want it to go away now though. 🙂
    Wonderful photograph, Tony!
