Welcome to Tony Eveling Photography. By purchasing and downloading digital products from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
We currently offer two types of digital downloads:
Lightroom Presets: A set of presets designed to create a faded, moody, cinematic look in Adobe Lightroom.
Photography Composition eBook: A 200+ page guide that teaches a unique and practical framework for photographic composition.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.
2. Payment
All payments are securely processed via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase—PayPal also allows credit/debit card payments.
Prices are listed in USD and is converted into your local currency by Paypal. All prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
3. Delivery
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a download link on screen as well as via email. If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@tonyeveling.com
It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files after purchase.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please make sure you have read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any pre-sale questions, feel free to reach out.
5. License & Usage
Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use.
You may not:
Share, resell, redistribute, or sub-license the files in any form.
Modify and distribute the files as your own.
Use the presets or eBook to create a competing product or course.
All intellectual property rights remain with Tony Eveling Photography
6. Technical Requirements
The Lightroom presets are compatible with Adobe Lightroom Classic CC and Lightroom CC. It is expected that you are a subscriber to Lightroom Via the Adobe website and that you have the latest version of Lightroom.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software and skills to use the presets or open the eBook file format (PDF).
We do not offer technical support for installing or using Lightroom or PDF readers beyond basic product-related questions.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here and will apply to all purchases made after the update.
